No returns or exchanges on custom orders for sizing issues or design changes after approval. Once you sign off on the proof image, the green light is lit, and execution begins. Measure twice, order once.

We pride ourselves on an obsession with attention to detail. Our process is designed to eliminate errors before the machine even starts. That said, if a mistake is made on our end, or if our craftsmanship ever falls short, or if an item itself is defective, we’ll replace it. No questions asked.
